🌿 Face Plant ships Monday Tuesday and Wendsday unless you request otherwise so they don’t sit at PO for any reason. $50 insurance which the buyer can claim online via USPS in case of any damage.
🌿If there are any questions when the plants arrive please send me photos. Face Plant stands behind all our plants and we can work on any replacements needed!
Returns will be accepted with in 30 days. Makeup and cosmetics are excluded from returning for health, saftey, and sanitation reasons. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all retruns and origional shipping is non refundable. If the item was listed with free shipping the shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If there was imperfect in shipment buyer is responsible to file the insurance claim not return the item.
