Everything else: Items are brand new in box from drugstore & department overstocks. Some boxes or bottles maybe slightly damaged but all products are unused and untouched . Best by dates are not expiration dates and will be discounted accordingly. All items are sold as pictured Any dates or lot numbers are pictured when possible. In any case where new makeup has not been factory sealed it will be pictured open to verify items condition or any dings or dents in product.
Clearance/Discontinued items: we realize some items are hard to find and old formulas are preferred. These items can be found in this section and pictured accordingly.

In the rare case that a item is temporarily on back order, I will let you know how long the delay will be.
All orders are packed and shipped very carefully with cushioning to avoid damage. All items are 100% authentic.
